Meet the Mind, Body, Bite Team!
Introducing your Host, Casey McNutt!
Hi everybody! My name is Casey McNutt and I am so excited to bring you this podcast! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology & Biomechanics. I fell in love with movement growing up in an active family who loved being outdoors. When I went to college, the aerobics bug bit me, and I became a step aerobics and jazzercise instructor, a personal trainer, and begin my journey in fitness education.
These days I am the owner of a Nutritional Coaching business, a group exercise coach and cycling instructor. I love to run, kayak, hike, drag our RV anywhere I can and generally be outside in any form!
I live in beautiful eastern Georgia - a perfect distance between the mountains and the beach - with my husband, Jeff, and our bulldog, Dixie.
I’m looking forward to bringing you some incredible stories from every day folks, clearing up the noise and confusion in fitness and health, and bringing you all things WELLBEING in your mind, your body, and your bite!

Meet the Mind, Body, Bite Team!
Introducing your Co-Host, Pranam Kokilakumar!
My name is Pranam Kokilakumar. I am a dual board certified family physician with an additional board certification in obesity medicine. As a child and going into young adulthood and part of my residency I struggled with obesity and the challenges that came with it. When I given the opportunity to further my training I took it with the intent of trying to help as many people lead their best, healthiest lives as possible. I personally enjoy Crossfit type workouts and running shorter races (especially when racing with my wife and young son).
I live in the CSRA with my amazing wife Prasha (who helps me co-manage the YouTube channel that compliments Casey’s podcast), our son Jay, and our two dogs Flacca and Gordon.
